Oliver F. Lehmann, MSc, ACE, PMP, is a Munich-based trainer, author, and expert in Project Management and Project Business Management – the management of cross-corporate projects performed under contract between organizations. He is the author of Project Business Management (Taylor & Francis) and founder of the Project Business Foundation, a not-for-profit think tank that advances research, standards, tools, and education in this field.
Drawing on his background in manufacturing and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, Oliver trains professionals across various industries worldwide, helping project managers become business leaders capable of managing customer projects as business enterprises that generate profit margins, build confidence, and deliver measurable results. He also created the Project Business Professional (PBP) certification – the only qualification addressing the specific challenges of Project Business on both sides, customers and contractors.
