I am a dynamic, customer-focused professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic portfolio management, agile transformation, project management, and business development. Currently, I serve as the Managing Director of the ServiceNow Business Unit at Capture Group, and I am located in the Zurich Area.
With expertise in demand, project, resource, and portfolio management, strategic planning, digital transformation, and financial management, I create sustainable, customer-centric solutions that help clients reach their goals faster in the digital era.
I have enjoyed speaking and facilitating various events, including a three-year stint as an Educator at Corvinus University. As part of the Strategic Department, I taught around 1,000 MSc students in Project Portfolio Management. Additionally, I have presented at the ServiceNow Summit in Zurich in 2023 and at regional PPM conferences such as the Swiss PM Conference, where I delivered a keynote session in 2024.
